NEXUS LIVING EXPERIENCES

Robert Orlando — author, filmmaker, artist, and host — believes the most meaningful moments in life happen where modern life's divisions dissolve: where work meets art,

food meets friendship, faith meets beauty, all of it gathered around a table, a story, a shared meal. For "RobO," cooking was never simply about food but another expression of the same search that shaped his films, books, and paintings: the search for meaning through encounter. From the garden to the kitchen to the table to friendship to memory, everything belongs to the same circle — a truth the ancient world understood, from Aristotle's teaching that flourishing is found in participation rather than possession to the Christian tradition placing a shared meal at the center of love and community.

Families have always gathered around tables to celebrate births, mourn losses, and remember who they are, because the table is where life becomes visible. Tarantouille was born from that conviction — part French bistro, part Italian family gathering, part artist salon — not merely an event but an invitation into a way of living where food, wine, conversation, art, music, and memory meet as one experience. Its name reflects that vision, blending the Italian tarantella, the dance where people separate and return, with the circular motion of stirring a pot, celebrating the truth that the best things in life are never isolated but woven together and ben affiatati — moving in harmony, seasoned by time, made richer through relationship.

Meals become stories, stories become friendships, friendships become memories, and memories of love become the architecture of a life. Whether hosting a private salon, an intimate dinner, or an evening among friends, Robert's goal remains the same: to remind people that life is not measured by what we own, but by who we gather around the table with.

TARANTOUILLE | ONCE AROUND

A Private Franco-Italian Salon Experience

Tarantouille is not a restaurant.

It is not catering.

It is not a cooking class.

It is a private salon inspired by the old European tradition of gathering around food, wine, art, conversation, music, and the shared experience of living fully.

Created by filmmaker, author, artist, and host Robert Orlando, each evening is designed as a journey through story, flavor, memory, and human connection.

Guests gather around a carefully prepared table where food becomes conversation, conversation becomes friendship, and friendship becomes experience.

No two evenings are exactly alike.

A Tarantouille Salon may include:

• Multi-course Franco-Italian dining

• Curated wine selections

• Live storytelling and conversation

• Art, film, and cultural discussion

• Private gallery presentations

• Seasonal themes and menus

• Intimate gatherings for friends, families, corporations, and special occasions

The Philosophy

The word Tarantouille combines the Italian Tarantella—the dance of life in which people come together, separate, and return again—with the French image of stirring a pot.

Life, love, food, and friendship are created in motion.

Everything comes around once.

The evening is the art.

The table is the stage.

The guests become part of the story.
