Preserving Beauty
Project Potraits

Preserving Beauty is a shoot that took place this year on the Jersey Shore. Our goals were to put a message of product safety and usefulness into a familial narrative. Through renting out a local beach house, locating tremendous performers, and a careful balance and fusion of both corporate messaging and creative passion our final product came together in a persuasive and successful way.

Project
Connect
Potraits

Connect is one of many productions we have done for Princeton University over the years. The goal here was to retell a story to students, alumni, and other potential donors about the progress in African American programs, and what the evolution of that experience has been like. We completed this through conducting a number of interviews, in an almost confessional style, combining area and location shoots, to end up with a moving spot that takes the viewer for a ride.

Sunset
Reel Main
Potraits

Childrens’ Futures is one of our favorite local charities, so we were thrilled when they asked us to do a piece highlighting their important work with childhood development. We did so by building a miniature city of the imagination, and then joining it with an on-site shoot of a children’s playground. The end result was a narrative where we see one exciting journey on how it is these child experience a world full of hope, opportunity, color, and fun.

Project
Harley Davidson video reel
Potraits

For Harley Davidson we sought to show the thrill of the ride. We did this through harkening back to images of open-air, american highway, freedom and speed. The spot emerged as an intense, thrilling, evocative experience that is a reminder of the first time you hop on a Harley bike.

Project
Keller Center
Potraits
Working with the Keller Center comes as another example of Nexus Media's history of working with academia to convey complex fields within science and engineering into spots about tangible results. With the Keller Center project we were able to highlight many of the practical outcomes that emerge from this institution of brilliance in an involved, inviting, and clear way.
